AI strategy & implementation

AI, integrated into real work.

We design, evaluate, and deploy AI systems for organizations where precision and structure matter. Not slide decks. Not workshops. Systems.

What we do

Four ways we work
with organisations.

Most AI initiatives stall between experimentation and operational use. We close that gap.

01

AI Strategy & Architecture

Structured assessment of AI readiness, workflow mapping, and governance alignment. We design rollout plans built on data model thinking, not inspiration.

02

Tool Evaluation & Deployment

We don't recommend tools from slides. We stress-test them against operational reality. Vendor landscape analysis, comparative assessment, pilot validation, and deployment architecture integrated into your existing platforms.

03

Workflow Automation & AI Systems

Designing systems that convert unstructured knowledge into structured outputs. Document intelligence, intake systems, knowledge extraction, and hybrid rule-based and generative AI architectures.

04

Organizational Enablement

Leadership advisory, high-level AI briefings, pilot program design, and adoption frameworks. We move AI from isolated experimentation to organizational capability.

Leadership advisoryPilot designAdoption frameworksCapability building

Why AI initiatives fail in high-stakes environments.

  • Tool-first thinking without process understanding
  • No workflow analysis before automation
  • No underlying data structure
  • Governance bolted on too late
  • AI adoption isolated to enthusiasts
  • No operational ownership

What we do differently.

  • Start with the workflow
  • Map decision-critical processes
  • Design defensible architectures
  • Combine rule logic with generative systems
  • Align deployment with leadership
  • Build small, then scale structurally

Selected engagements

Built in production.
Not in theory.

High-level descriptions of real engagements. No client names. No inflated claims.

About

Christoph Hillekamps

Christoph Hillekamps

Qualified lawyer (Germany)
Legal operations & AI systems
Lecturer, AI & Law

Christoph spent over a decade building systems where law, technology, and process design converge. He trained as a lawyer specializing in information and technology law, then moved into legal engineering — designing document intelligence systems, ML-based contract analysis, and data extraction pipelines at one of Europe’s early legal technology companies. From there, he built digital analysis and documentation infrastructure for large-scale, multi-jurisdictional litigation and rose to a senior legal operations role at an international litigation firm. He lectures on AI in legal practice at a leading German law school.

At Holyfield.ai, Christoph leads the technical architecture: how AI systems are designed, quality-assured, and embedded into regulated, high-stakes environments.

Stephan Hillekamps

Digital product strategy
Growth & operations
Founder & operator

Stephan has built, scaled, and operated digital products across three continents — shaped by senior leadership roles in product, partnerships, and strategy at one of the world’s largest technology platforms. He went on to lead marketing at one of Germany’s fastest-scaling health-tech startups and worked across advertising and platform strategy at a major social media company. In parallel, he co-founded an award-winning education technology venture and currently serves as managing director of a direct-to-consumer e-commerce company operating across multiple European markets, where he led the end-to-end AI transformation of operations and commercial processes.

At Holyfield.ai, Stephan brings the commercial and operational lens: how AI implementation translates into measurable business outcomes, scalable processes, and sustainable competitive advantage.
